When you buy from Dustie, your purchase is covered by the Swedish Distance and Door to Door Sales Act. This means that:
Prices
All prices are fixed, including VAT.
Payment method
You can pay by Visa and MasterCard.
Terms of payment
If you pay by credit card, the amount will be transferred from your account when you place your order. In the event of complaints or other defects, a refund will be reissued to your account.
Delivery
Orders are delivered as letters in your letter box, or parcels that are collected from your nearest postal outlet. The method of delivery depends on the size of the package; smaller packages are delivered to your home address. Delivery time is 4-6 working days.
Right to cancel
If you buy a product or service by mail order or on-line, you are entitled to cancel the purchase within 14 days when you buy in Sweden, according to the Act. The right to cancel commences on the day you receive the product, but no earlier than the day you are informed about your right to cancel.
Return postage
If you cancel the purchase, you will have to pay return postage. Specify the compensation that you require on the return form (sent by Dustie). Do you want a new product, another product, a credit note, a new payment slip or your money back?
Complaints
If you receive the wrong product or are unhappy for any other reason, you can return the product with postage prepaid after contact with Dustie’s customer service.
